leg day

So since last summer I've been going to the gym pretty consistently and the results have been pretty good. Anyone who knows me says I look bigger which is a good thing. Working out makes me feel pretty good and gives me confidence. Well anyway I like to workout but there's one day or routine I always dread and that's leg day. Leg day sucks and the only reason I do it is because a person uses so much power through lifting through their legs so it always helps to have stronger legs. Well leg day consist of running, squats, lunges, leg press, hamstring curls, and calf raises. A lot right? I know ! And the day after is the worse I can't walk straight I can't sit down and I pray I don't drop something and have to pick it up lol. What exercises do you hate? (Comment)
